Google Calendar sync
Each barber keeps their own calendar and Chairside writes straight to it. The book you already trust stays the book — there is no second system to check.
Confirmation and reminder texts
The client gets a text when the booking is made and a reminder before the appointment. Both cut no-shows, and neither needs anyone to type them.
Waitlist that refills cancelled slots
When a client cannot get the time they want, they join that barber’s waitlist. A slot opens, it is held for the first in line and they get one text. No reply, it moves to the next.
Recognises your regulars
Returning clients are greeted by name and offered their usual barber and service, so booking takes seconds instead of a full conversation.
Per-barber auto-confirm or text-confirm
Every barber sets their own rule. Auto-confirm puts the booking straight on the calendar. Text-confirm means it is only locked in once they reply YES.
Instant transfer to the shop
A caller says "shop" and the call goes straight through. No menu, no hold queue, no arguing with a robot.
Recording notice and privacy controls
Callers are told at the start of the call that it is an AI and that it is recorded. Recordings are deleted after 3 days, and a client can be erased on request.
