This policy covers agentric-systems.com, the website. It explains what we collect when you visit the site or send us an inquiry.

Who we are
Agentric Systems is a business based in Alberta, Canada. We are responsible for the information described in this policy.

What we collect
When you fill in the contact form
We collect what you type into it:
- Your full name and business name
- Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it
- Your business type, number of staff, what you are interested in, and your preferred contact method
- The message you write
- A record that you ticked the consent box
We use this only to answer your inquiry and to follow up about it. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below who help us receive and store the message.
When you simply browse
Our analytics are cookieless and privacy-friendly. We do not use Google Analytics, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not build a profile of you. What we see is aggregate and anonymous: which pages are popular, roughly where visitors come from by country, and which site referred them. It cannot be tied back to you as an individual.
Like every web server, our host records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) for a short period for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner. If we ever introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will add a proper consent notice before doing so.

These providers may only use the information to provide their service to us. Information sent through the contact form is processed in the United States and is subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
- Contact form inquiries: kept while we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we have context if you come back to us. Then deleted.
- Analytics: aggregate only, with no personal information retained.
- Server logs: short-term, as set by our host.
Your rights
Under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask us to:
- See what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, or withdraw your consent to us holding it
Email riley@agentric-systems.com and we will action it. We respond within 45 days, as Alberta law requires.
